What is La Barrique?
La Barrique is French for 'the barrel'.
LaBarrique Wine Merchant is located at 154 Remuera Road, Remuera, Auckland and is the home of fine wines and craft beer from around New Zealand and the world.
What's the status of my order?
You can check your order status by signing into LaBarrique and visiting your "My Account" area. We update your order details with dispatch notes and parcel tracking information where possible.
What is the LaBarrique Quality Guarantee?
Here at LaBarrique we are confident of the quality of all our wines and go to great length to ensure this. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please do not hestiate to contact us and we will promptly remedy the situation.
- If you buy a wine and it is faulty, pleaes return the affected bottle to LaBarrique and we will be happy to refund you or offer you a replacement. Our staff will also record the nature of the fault helping us to assist our suppliers in their quality control.
- If your delivery has been damaged we will happily replace it or refund it (please note we need you to report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery). All damaged will need to be returned to us, LaBarrique will cover postal costs.
- If you buy a wine and it is not to your complete satisfaction then we will happily swap the remaining bottles for another wine.

Can I arrange a specific date and time for my wine to be delivered?
Once your online / phone order has been complete, please email us at email@example.com to discuss your specific requirements.
There's a particular wine I'm looking to buy, can you get it for me?
YES, we will attempt to locate your desired purchase, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
Do you stock vegetarian, vegan and organic wines?
Yes. Many of our wines are suitable for vegetarians or vegans. We stock the full range of Moana Park Estate, who are certified Vegetarian and Low Allergen wine makers, plus many more. LaBarrique will continue to source quality wines with attributes in the future.
My order is a gift. Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Simply email us with your message at email@example.com , and your message will be delivered to your recipient along with their wine.
I've received a faulty bottle of wine. What should I do?
Please return the affected bottle to LaBarrique. Our staff there will be happy to refund you or offer you a replacement. Our store staff will also record the nature of the fault, helping us to assist our suppliers in their quality control.
