Returns Policy
30-day Right of Return Policy
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in a new resaleable condition (unless faulty or otherwise defective). Please note that all returns to La Barrique must include the original receipt.
Here's what you need to do
- Email us at wine@labarrique.co.nz and tell us about your issue, stating invoice number, your name, your adress and email address and reason for return.
- Using the original packaging or a good carton, return product in new condition via NOW Couriers, we will arrange pickup of this product. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty.
- Keep a record of yo ur shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

Money Back Guarantee
If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from our website within the last 30 days, and providing we cannot replace the item, they may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. The product returned must be in a new resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by LaBarrique. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a, replacement credit or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
