Placing / Receiving your order
If you have already registered with La Barrique placing an order online or via phone is easy. All you have to do is provide a few more details and your goods will be on their way to you.
Shipping Fees
A shipping fee, to cover the costs of handling and delivery, will be charged during the purchase process. For Rural Delivery a quote is only available on phone so pleasse contact us on wine@labarrique.co.nz or phone (09) 524 6666 if this is the case.
Estimated Delivery Times
Expect delivery to you by courier within 2 - 3 business days after confirmation of purchase. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional 1-2 days in delivery time.
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, unless special arrangements have been negotiated.
Out of Stock
If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out-of-stock, discontinued or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately and promptly arrange your money back or a suitable replacement product.
