The La Barrique Quality Guarantee
Here at La Barrique we are confident of the quality of all our wines and go to great length to ensure this. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please do not hestiate to contact us and we will promptly remedy the situation.
- If you buy a wine and it is faulty, pleaes return the affected bottle to LaBarrique and we will be happy to refund you or offer you a replacement. Our staff will also record the nature of the fault helping us to assist our suppliers in their quality control.
- If your delivery has been damaged we will happily replace it or refund it (please note we need you to report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery). All damaged will need to be returned to us, La Barrique will cover postal costs.
- If you buy a wine and it is not to your complete satisfaction then we will happily swap the remaining bottles for another wine.
