Winemaking: This is a blend from 72% Merlot, 20% Malbec and 7% Cabernet Franc was all picked from the Onetangi Vineyard and aged in Demptos French Barriques for 12 months, of which 35% were new oak. With only 13.5% alcohol this is an elegant and serious wine with great structure and concentration.
