Bilancia is a small boutique winery in Hawkes Bay, the wines passionately crafted by Trinity Hill winemaker Warren Gibson. The 2010 vintage developed dark fruits like blackberry and raspberry bramble from the nose to the palate. Regional characters of pepper and berry come together with velvety tannins wonderfully in this ripe, well structured wine. A small amount of Viognier adds freshness and aromatic lift.
