About: Arrocal resides in a small village of Western Ribera del Duero. The husband and wife team ensure the grapes are all hand picked, macerated in temperature controlled tanks and aged for 6 months in 80% French and 20% American Oak. 

Food Match: Such a great food wine for the next dinner party though it doesn't need a big beef dish as the tannins are fine and elegant. A chocolate torte brings out the rich black fruit in this tasty number.
