A beautiful backdrop of cherries, earth and savoury notes with subtle oak. The 2007 has soft, supple tannins that have reached silky smooth harmony in their evolution. This wine is a complete steal.
Winemaking: Small parcel fermentaion with a high percentage of whole berries ensuring bold tannins and ripe red fruits. Hand-picked, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured in French oak barriques, and bottled without fining or filtering: a wine with integrity and balance.
