Violets and dried herbs dominate the nose, with a core of red and black fruits. The flavour profile is rich and ripe without compromising on fine pinot noir finesse. Tannins are medium bodied and integrated, with nice texture. ~Winery Note
Winemaking: A large proportion of whole bunches in fermentation retains lively red fruit, combine with ageing in french oak barriques to add smooth oak characters on the palate. Unfined and unfiltered to show of a driven varietal and terroir expression.
