Intensely red in colour, showing ripe red berries and blackberry nose with prevaling spiciness. A well structured wine that has persistent tannins and residual sweet and warm flavours.
Winemaking: Made from Nero d'Avola, Merlot and Syrah, this wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels before being blended and bottled.
Food Match: Works best with seasonal cheeses, red meat, game with roasted potatoes and rich gravy or sauces.
