Delicious ripe characters of lime, passionfruit and melon are contrasted against a slight nutty, savoury character from the yeast lees. A round acidity lends structure and balance, leaving a clean finish. ~Winery Note
Winemaking: This wine is a blend of 50% barrel and 50% stainless steel to retain both the fresh fruit whilst ageing on the lees (yeast sediment) in barrel contributes a savoury complexity in the wine.

Food Match: Fantastic with Fish, Seafood and Chicken, the Grey Ghost won't be intimidated by deeper smoky or flame grilled flavours. ~NZ Herald
