Winemaking: From the Southern and Wairua Valleys, this hand picked fruit was pressed gently and fermented at very low temperatures. The wine was aged on fine yeast lees for four months with regular stirring adding weight and complexity to the palate. With 5% undergoing barrel fermentation, this wine was made to have texture and stand out in the crowd. 

Food Match: Brie and pear on toasted bruschetta, or brioche with apricots and cream.
